Cause: unexpected increase in transaction log files which resulted drive reaching storage capacity.

Fix: manual backup of the databases and offloading of log files.

Prevention: backup storage path moved to third-party cloud storage.

FaxFinder Cloud has been made aware of a system wide issue that may be impacting customers.
Incidents being reported include:
  • FaxFinder Cloud login issues via Web Portal
  • Outbound Faxing Failures
FaxFinder Cloud System Engineers are currently investigating the issues and will provide an update on this incident as soon as possible.

Note: All inbound fax messages are being held in queue during this outage and will be delivered once symptoms are remedied.
